Virelle Glow currently delivers within South Africa using tracked courier delivery.
Delivery estimate
Orders are generally estimated to arrive within 6–11 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, courier delays, address issues, fulfilment delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Delivery charges
Free tracked delivery applies to orders of R499 or more.
For orders below R499, any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched and booked with the courier.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact Virelle Glow as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been handed to the courier.
Delivery problems
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, your parcel appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact shopvirelle.beauty@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
