These Terms of Service apply when you use the Virelle Glow online store or purchase products from us.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours, packaging and appearance may differ slightly from photographs because of screen settings, photography or production changes.
Virelle Glow products are at-home beauty and personal-care tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
Individual experiences may vary. Virelle Glow does not guarantee permanent changes to facial structure or specific cosmetic results.
Always follow the instructions supplied with your product and use products only for their intended purpose.
Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
The price shown at checkout is the amount payable for the selected product or offer, after any valid discount applied at checkout.
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods made available during checkout.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfilment where stock or supplier availability unexpectedly becomes unavailable.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Shipping
Virelle Glow currently delivers within South Africa.
Orders are generally estimated to arrive within 6–11 business days, subject to fulfilment and courier conditions.
Free tracked delivery applies to qualifying orders of R499 or more. Any delivery charge applicable to a smaller order will be displayed at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Defective or materially non-conforming products reported within 30 days of delivery may qualify for a full refund once the defect is confirmed, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
This commitment does not reduce any additional consumer rights available under South African law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Virelle Glow name, branding, original website copy, graphics, photographs and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virelle Glow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website or its products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
